While doing my research to find a part time, work from home opportunity, I came across a fascinating term call “blogging for dollars”. I thought that was interesting because I had just started this blog in hopes of documenting my journey so that others can benefit from my work. If I wasn’t doing at home surveys already I would definitely try this out. Maybe my next blog will be about SHOPPING

It works like this…

First you choose a topic that you are interested in, let’s say “shopping”. You write up short articles or stories about your shopping experiences at the mall, boutiques, online or where ever you like to shop. Now you can talk about whatever you want to, thinks like, what you bought, the customer service, the prices or just about anything you can think of related to shopping. Make the stories informative, brief and give your honest opinion in each one. Also be sure to make a new blog post at least once a week.

Next you need to spread the word of your blog by networking with others who are interested in shopping. There are many sites available for this and most all of them are free. All you have to do is sign up to them and start talking with other people who like to shop.

The two steps above will start driving traffic to your site and at that time you can place ads on your site through companies like Google. That’s right, Google pays you to place ads on your blog once you start getting traffic. Than all you have to do is continue to write about something you like and the money starts to come in. Well at least that is what I read, lol
